Lexi lives in her rollerblades. I even let her rollerblade in the house because it is all tile on the main floor. Today was Hunter and Evie's first time out on them. Evie loved it and felt so big but she cried every time she fell. Hunter loved it too. He started off holding our hands, then used the car to hold himself up, and after a bit was off on his own. The rollerblades were kept on all day long. My Mom called and was talking to him and he said, "Want to hear me rollerblade?" So he puts the phone down, and rollerblades all around it. Then he picks up the phone and says, "Wasn't that AWESOME?" So cute!
Erik got tickets through work to an NBA game. I was so super excited. I have always wanted to go to one. There were only 4 tickets so we took the boys on a date.
There was a player there that looked like Derek (my brother) from a distance. So whenever he came on we got super excited and started cheering for him, yelling out "Ya Derek". We called him that the whole game.
Don't you think?
That little phone call thing with Hunter made me so happy, that he would want to share that with me. Soooooo cute! Greg will be jealous that you got to go to an NBA game. Guess we'll just have to come down and go to one ourselves!
ReplyDeleteIt's the hair, he has Derek's hair! WOW rollerblading all day. That sounds like absolute heaven. Be glad you live in Texas for that reason alone! Your kids are so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThat made me happy when I read that. His name is Goran Dragic or something, and he's awesome. This is Derek.
